AMORINE BREAKS HER MAIDEN
Amorine, a three year old Montjeu filly trained for the Haras de Saint Pair by Francois Rohaut, broke her maiden on her second career start with a comfortable 2 length victory over 2100 metres at Dax on August 31. Amorine travelled easily throughout the race and although she took a little time to find her action when they quickened at the top of the straight she was well on top at the end and won by 2 lengths.
Amorine is the third winner from the first four foals of the Grade 1 winning mare Amorama. Armorama has a two year old Galileo colt Ampere, who is training for the Haras de Saint Pair with Andre Fabre, and a colt foal by Lawman.
