AMORINE CONTINUES HER PROGRESS
The Haras de Saint Pair’s Amorine, a three year old Montjeu filly trained by Francois Rohaut, was a comfortable winner over 2300 metres at Tarbes on October 12th. The daughter of the Grade 1 winning mare Amorama now has two wins from three career starts and earnings of 26,240 euros.Held up behind the early leader Amorine quickened to take the lead in the home straight and held off the late challenge of the Jean Claude Rouget trained colt Trader of Fortune to win comfortably by 3/4 length and a neck.
Amorama is the now the dam of three winners from her first four foals. She has a two year old Galileo colt Ampere, in training with Andre Fabre, and a colt foal by Lawman.
