ANOTHER GOOD MARE SOLD BY SAINT PAIR

The Haras de Saint Pair sold Encore Merci as a three year old in training at the 2013 Arqana December sale. The daughter of Danehill Dancer had managed two wins, both at 1800 metres, and three places from eight career starts for trainer Francois Rohaut. She was bought by Intercontinental Bloodstock for 47.000 euros.

Encore Merci went through the ring at Arqana again in December 2018 selling this time to Paul Nataf for 60.000 euros in foal to Aclaim. However, she may be worth a little more now as her first foal Eleni, a four year old Kendargent filly trained by Waldemar Hickst, won a Listed race in Hanover on June 10th over 2000 metres, and her second foal, the No Nay Never colt We Go, also a winner at three in 2019 was Group placed as a two year old. Encore Merci has a two year old filly by Evasive in training with Stephan Wattel and a filly foal by Aclaim.
