FIRST TWO YEAR OLD RUNNER AND WINNER
The Haras de Saint Pair’s first two year runner of the year ran out an impressive winner of a 1100 metre maiden race at Croise-Laroche on September 2. Jimmy Two Times, a son of Kendargent trained by Andre Fabre, missed the break and looked to be outspeeded during the early part of the race. Once in the straight Vincent Cheminaud had trouble finding a clear run, but when he did Cheminaud and Jimmy Two Times quickened rapidly passed their rivals to win comfortably by 1 1/2 lengths.
Jimmy Two Times is a son of the Anabaa mare Steel Woman and was purchased for 85.000 euros at the Deauvlle October yearling sale.
