GLORIOUS SIGHT HAS THE FIRST FOAL

On Friday January 18 the first foal of the year arrived at the Haras de Saint Pair. Glorious Sight, a five year old Singspiel mare, gave birth successfully to her first foal, a filly by Pivotal.

Glorious Sight was placed in both the Poule d’Essai des Pouliches and the Prix de Diane in 2011 carrying the colours of R C Strauss and was purchased by the Haras de Saint Pair at the Arc sale in 2011. She is a half sister to Beauty Is Truth, the dam of Fire Lily, from the family of Last Tycoon which was developed at Kilfrush Stud.

Glorious Sight is due to visit Frankel in 2013.
