GODOLPHIN DOUBLES UP WITH SAINT PAIR HORSES
Godolphin won two races during the weekend of May 1st with horses purchased from the Haras de Saint Pair. Jimmy Two Times continued his progression towards Group 1 races with a comfortable 1/2 length victory in the Group 2 Prix du Muguet at Saint Cloud on May 1st. Held up in mid field by Vincent Cheminaud Jimmy Two Times was the last horse to come off the bridle and won comfortably. The Andre Fabre trained colt is likely to make his next start in the Group 1 Queen Anne Stakes at Royal Ascot.

On April 30th Godolphin’s three year old colt Secret Advisor made an impressive start his career winning a madien race over a mile at Thirsk. The son of Dubawi and Sub Rose was in last place at the top of the home straight and appeared to be going nowwhere. However the Charlie Appleby trained colt suddenly realised what he had to do and was able to pass the whole field and win by 1/2 length. Secret Advisor is the second winner produced by his dam the Group winner Sub Rose who has also produced the Group 3 winner Subway Dancer. Sub Rose has a yearling colt by Dark Angel and is in foal to Muharaar.
