JIMMY TWO TIMES IMPRESSES AGAIN
Jimmy Two Times made it two wins from two starts with a comfortable victoryin the 1000 metre Prix de Malmaison at Longchamp on September 19. The grey son of Kendargent followed the leaders through the first 400 metres before quickening with impressive ease to take over in front with 400 metres to run.
Once in the lead the Andre Fabre trained colt comfortably held the challenge of Shot in the Dark and Zebstar to win by 1/2 length and 1 1/2 lengths under Vincent Cheminaud. The placed horses had run well against some of the best juveniles in Europe and after another impressive victory Jimmy Two Times is likely to make his next start in a Group race.
Jimmy Two Times was purchased for 85.000 euros from the Haras des Granges at the 2014 Arqana October sale. He is the third foal and second winner of his dam, Steel Woman, a daughter of Annaba.
