KENDARGENT COLT IMPRESSES AT NOTTINGHAM
Come On Tier, a two year old Kendargent colt from the family of Ampere and Amorine, broke his maiden on his second career start in great style at Nottingham on November 1st in the second division of the Golden Horn Maiden Stakes. Owned by Genting Casinos and trained by David Simcock Come On Teir cruised into the lead with two furlongs to run and when challenged responded by quickening away to win by 3 1/2 lengths. Those behind included two well regarded Dubawi colts from top stables and this was a performance which promises a great deal for 2018.
Come On Tier was bred by Thierry de la Heronniere and is out of the Desert King mare Milwaukee who is a half sister to the G1 winner Amorama as well as to the dam of the G1 winner Odeliz. Amorama was owned by the Haras de Saint Pair who bred the Group 2 winner Ampere from her as well as the current Saint Pair mare Amorine. Amorine is a winning daughter of Montjeu and Amorama andis currently in foal to Kendargent.
