NYMERIA STILL UNBEATEN

Stall Grafenberg’s Nymeria maitained her unbeaten recod with a 2 length victory in the 1400 metre BBAG Auktionsrennen at Dortmund on September 21st. The two year old Soldier Hollow filly came from behind to beat Damour, also the winner of her only previous start, and these two look to be among the best juvenile fillies in Germany.

Nymeria is the fifth winner from the first six foals of her dam Narooma, who was unbeaten in three career starts and Champion Two Year old filly in Germany in 2001. Narooma’s previous foals include Narrow Hill, a multiple stakes winner in 2014, and the Haras de Saint Pair’s mare Namibia. The Galileo mare Namibia was also unbeaten in three career starts. Her yearling colt by Kodiac will be offered by Stauffenberg Bloodstock at the Tattersalls October 2 yearling sale, Lot 1212. She also has a filly foal by Clodovil and is in foal to Champs Elysees.
