VADAMOS STEPS UP
Vadamos, a three year old Monsun colt, broke his maiden with a very easy victory at Tarbes on April 21 on his first start over further than 1600 metres. The Haras de Saint Pair’s son of Celebre Vadala had been placed on his first three starts but looked a lot more at ease over 2100 metres and came right away from his rivals to win by 5 lengths.
Vadamos is the third winner from the first four foals of Celebre Vadala. She has a two year old colt by Invincible Spirit called Vaugondi who is in training with Andre Fabre, a colt foal by Dutch Art, and has been covered by Pour Moi. Celebre Vadala is a half sister to the Aga Khan’s top broodmare Vadaza who is the dam of the 2014 Classic prospect Vazira, a daughter of Sea The Stars, and the grand dam of another in Verda, a daughter of Dansili who was a brilliant winner at Longchamp on April 21.
