AMPERE WORKS WITH CLASSIC WINNER

Ampere-New Bay

The Haras de Saint Pair’s unbeaten Group 2 winner Ampere worked at Maisons-Laffitte before racing on June 23rd. Ridden by Mikael Barzalona, Ampere worked together with the Prix du Jockey Club winner New Bay and the four-year-old Glaring over 2000 metres. Ampere (blue cap) finished just in front of Juddmonte’s Classic winner.

The Haras de Saint Pair’s Vadamos, a four-year-old son of Monsun, was part of a second group of Andre Fabre’s horses to work the same day, together with Golden Guepard and Seaport, two other four-year-olds who have yet to race this year. Vadamos, owned jointly by Saint Pair and John Camilleri, is entered in the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe.
