DUBAI ICON WINS WELL FOR GODOLPHIN
Dubai Icon, a two year old New Approach colt trained by Saeed bin Suroor for Godolphin, broke his maiden on his second career start with a comfortable 2 1/4 length victory over a mile at Nottingham on October 18th. Dubai Icon is the first foal of the Shamardal mare Arabian Beauty, a half sister to the top miler Rio de la Plata.
Sepoy – Arabian Beauty filly, Lot 365 Arqana October sale
Arabian Beauty was sold by the Haras de Saint Pair at the 2017 Arqana December sale in foal to Kodiac for 270.000 euros to Equine Advisory Agency. Dubai Icon’s yearling half sister by Sepoy will be offered for sale by Saint Pair at the Arqana October sale, lot 365, on Thursday, October 25th.
