ETERNAL PEARL STEPS UP AGAIN

Godolphin’s three year old filly Eternal Pearl extended her winning sequence to three with a comfortable two length success in the Group 3 Prix Minerve at Deauville on August 14th. The Charlie Appleby trained Frankel filly had won a Listed at Newmarket after breaking her maiden by 7 1/2 lengths on her previous start and is likely to step up further on her next start in the Group 1 Prix Vermeille over 2400 metres at Longchamp in September.

Eternal Pearl is the second Group winner Saint Pair has bred from the Pearly Shells family this year as her dam Pearly Steph is a half sister to the multiple Group winning mare Pearls Galore. Eternal Pearl is the third foal and second winner produced by the Oasis Dream mare who is currently in foal to No Nay Never. She was sold as a yearling to Anthony Stroud at the Tattersalls October 1 sale.
