INNER BEAUTY BREAKS MAIDEN
INNER BEAUTY was an impressive if narrow winner of the Prix Yves Lalleman over 1400 metres at Le Mans on November 18. The three year old daughter of Pivotal was forced to come wide on the home bend and then quickened to catch the long time leader in the final strides to win by a neck.
Inner Beauty has a win and a second place in three career starts for earnings of 14,324 euros. She is the second foal and second winner produced by Indian Maiden, a Group winning daughter of Indian Ridge. Indian Maiden’s first foal, Beyond Limits, has career earnings of 129,695 euros. Her two year old Love Spirit, a son of Elusive City, is in training in France with Louis Baudron, she has a filly foal by Duke Of Marmalade and is in foal to Rock of Gibraltar.
Inner Beauty will be offered by the Haras de Saint Pair at the Arqana February sale. As a broodmare sire Pivotal has been represented this year alone by the Group 1 performers Mayson, Fire Lily and Main Sequence.
