IROMEA SECOND ON DEBUT AT TARBES

tack

The Haras de Saint Pair’s Iromea was second on her debut at Tarbes on April 12. The daughter of Dansili was beaten only a short head by the Aga Khan’s Taniya over 2100 metres, and the pair pulled 5 lengths clear of the remainder.

The Francois Rohaut trained filly was purchased for 150.000 guineas as a foal in Newmarket. She is the second foal of the Pivotal mare In The Mist, a half sister to the champion Grey Lilas, the dam herself of the Classic winner Golden Lilac and this year’s Derby prospect Grey Lion.
