LOVE SPIRIT BREAKS MAIDEN

LOVE SPIRIT, a gelding by Elusive City, won his first race on his three year old debut at Royan on July 15. Love Spirit was sold by the Haras de Saint Pair for 16.000 euros as a yearling and then resold for 47.500 euros at the Saint Cloud breeze up. He has made only three starts to date and this was his first on turf for owner trainer Louis Baudron.

Love Spirit is the third foal and third winner for his dam Indian Maiden. She has a yearling filly by Duke of Marmalade, a colt foal by Rock of Gibraltar and is in foal to Bated Breath.
