NARROW HILL GETS BETTER AGAIN

NarrowHillCagnes

Narrow Hill maintained his astonishing progression with an easy 4 length victory in the Listed Grand Prix du Conseil des Alpes Maritimes at Cagnes on February 22. The six year old son of Tiger Hill and Narooma has won four of his six starts since joining the stable of Philippe Sorgorb in August 2013 and his official rating has gone from 38 kilos or 84 when he was beaten at Pompadour on August 18 to 48.5 kilos or 107 for his first Listed win. Narrow Hill made his career debut as a four year old and looks to be better than ever in his third season racing and is likely to compete successfully in Group races if he maintains his current rate of progression.

Narrow Hill is a half brother to the Haras de Saint Pair’s mare Namibia, a daughter of Galileo who was herself unbeaten in three career starts as a three year old. Their dam Narooma has an unraced three year old colt by New Approach and a two year old filly by Soldier Hollow. Namibia has a yearling colt by Kodiac, a filly foal by Clodovil and visits Cacique.
