NARROW HILL LOOKS BETTER STILL
Narrow Hill, the six year old half brother to the Haras de Saint Pair’s mare Namibia, was an easy 5 length winner of the Prix William Alexandre Ruinat at Cagnes sur Mer on Tuesday, February 4. The six year old Tiger Hill gelding has now won three and finished second in a Listed race in Toulouse on his last four starts, and since being transfered to the stable of Philippe Sorgorb in August 2013 has improved his official rating by more than 8 kilos. Narrow Hill looks likely to become the second stakes winner produced by Narooma very soon. Narooma’s first four foals are all winners and include Namibia, a stakes winner over 1600 metres. Narooma has an unraced three year old colt by New Approach and a two year old Soldier Hollow filly called Nymeria in training in Germany.
Namibia has a four year old Monsun filly Nagaya in training with Markus Klug and unraced three year old coly by Monsun called Nereus in training with Mario Hofer, a yearling colt by Kodiac and a filly foal by Clodovil. She will visit Cacique in 2014.
