
SAINT PAIR OFFERS THREE AT ARQANA OCTOBER YEARLING SALE
The Haras de Saint Pairis offering two colts and a filly on the first day of the Arqana October yearling sale on Monday, October 18th. Lot 160 is a Lope de Vega filly out of Via Milano, and so a half sister to the top filly Via Ravenna, a G3 winner and G1 placed, as well as to the G3 winner Via Medici who is the dam of the Japanese Champion two year old and multiple Group 1 winner Admire Mars. Her full brother Via de Vega was a very promsing winner as a two year old in England when trained by Andrew Balding. Via Milano, a two year old Group winner herself, is the dam of eight winners from nine foals of racing age and she and her daughters have already produced seven stakes/Group horses. She has a filly foal by Siyouni.
Lot 9 is a Showcasing colt out of Girl Friday. whose two year old full sister was a very promsing second behind the Listed winner and Group performer Zellie on her only start to date. Girl Gone Wild is full recovered from a slight setback and will be racing again as a three year old for the Haras de Saint Pair. His second dam Glorious Sight is now the dam of five winners from five foals of racing age including Glycon the recent winner of the Group 2 Gtand Prix de Deauville.
Lot 85 is a Shalaa colt out of Pearl Banks and so a half brother to this year’s dual Group winner Pearls Galore, to the Group winner Lucky Lycra and the stakes winner Pearly Steph. Pearls Banks is the dam of four winners from six foals of racing age and her unraced Dark Angel two year old filly who is trained by Francois Rohaut for Saint Pair is due to make her debut before the sale.
