VADAMOS READY FOR HIS GROUP 1

Vadamos was a most impressive winner of the Group 3 Prix Messidor at Miasons Laffitte on July 17. The Haras de Saint Pair’s son of Monsun recorded his seventh career victory and his third Group win coming from behind to defeat Mr Owen and Territories, both proven Group 1 performers, by 3 lengths. Despite giving 3 kilos or 7 lbs to the placed horses Vadamos raced away for an easy victory, putting up perhaps his best performance to date.

The Andre Fabre trained colt is likely to make his next start in the Group 1 Prix Jacques le Marois in Deauville on August 14.
