ANOTHER WIN FOR CORSO COMO

tack

Corso Como record his second win in four career starts with a narrow victory in the Prix du Vaucluse at Marseilles on May 5. The Haras de Saint Pair’s son of Lawman and Via Milano was always prominent and run on well to win by a neck and a length over 1800 metres. The Francois Rohaut trained colt was giving weight to all but one of his seven rivals and is clearly a progressive horse.

He is the fourth winner from the first five foals of Via Milano wo has already produced Via Medici, a Gr 3 and Listed winner, and the stakes performer Fifth Commandment. Her four winners have already won 14 races between them and Corso Como looks set to win more in the future. Via Milano has a two year old Monsun filly Via Manzoni in training with Andre Fabre and a yearling colt by Shamardal.
