GUERRIERE TAKES SARATOGA ALLOWANCE

Guerriere, a four year old filly owned in partnership by Peter Brandt and the Haras de Saint Pair, won an allowance over a mile on the turf at Saratoga on July 22nd. This was the second start the Invincible Spirit filly has made since joining Chad Brown after being purchased from the Wertheimer brothers for 420.000 euros at the 2017 Arqana December sale. Guerriere was Listed placed over seven furlongs at three when she was trained by Carlos Laffon Parias.

Soustraction, her three year old half sister by Lope deVega was a Group 3 winner at two and finished third in the Group 1 Prix Saint Alart this year. Their dam the Galileo mare Mathematicienne has a two year old Rock Of Gibraltar filly in training with Laffon Parias and a yearling filly by Maxios.
