JIMMY LOOKS BETTER THAN EVER
The Haras de Saint Pair’s Jimmy Two Times made an excellent seasonal debut in the Group 3 Prix Sigy over 1200 at Chantilly on April 10th.
Ridden by Vincent Cheminaud the son of Kendargent surged through the final 100 metres and failed by only a head to catch the long time leader Quiet Reflection. Jimmy Two Times looks to have improved from two to three and will be contender in major races to come. He is entered in the Group 1 Poule d’Essai des Poulains to be run in Deauville on May 15th. He now has two wins and three places from 5 starts and earnings of 108.000 euros.
Purchased for 85.000 euros at the Arqana October yearling sale Jimmy Two Times comes from the first full crop of his sire. By April 10th Kendargent had had 15 individual three year old winners in France including several top prospects headed by the unbeaten fillies Kenriya and Joiedargent.
