SAINT PAIR’S FRANKEL COLT ONE OF BEST IN SALE

The Haras de Saint Pair’s Frankel colt out of Via Pisa, lot 111,  was the second top price at the opening session of the Arqana August sale selling to Richard Brown of Blandford Bloodstock for 950.000€. A third generation Saint Pair bred coing from a family which has already produced the Japanese Champion Admire Mars as well as the European Group 1 performers Via Ravenna and Via Pisa herself who was Group 1 placed in the Premio Lydia Tesio. Via Pisa has already produced the stakes placed Frankel colt Green Fly while her 2020 Kingman colt died before its was named. She has a colt foal by Kingman and is back in foal to Kingman.

Saint Pair sold three others colts with lot 50, the Lope de Vega colt out of Satomi selling for 225.000€ to Peter Brauer of Panorama Bloodstock, lot 60 an Oasis Dream colt out of Setsuko selling for 260.000€ to Godolphin and lot 105 the Pinatubo colt out of Vadivina selling to Sam Sangster for 250.000€. Overall the four colts were sold for an aggregate of 1.685.000€ and an average price of 421.250€.
