SAINT PAIR’S THREE YEAR OLDS

GRAMBO, a three year old colt by Muhtathir out of Squaw Dance, became the ninth Saint Pair bred three year old to win when breaking his maiden in the Prix de Normandie over 2000 metres at Salon de Provence on September 17. Jean Claude Seroul’s colt made all the running for a comfortable victory on this his third career start.

The Haras de Saint Pair raised twelve foals in 2009 who include three black type performers, the Group winner Trois Lunes, the stakes winner Fairly Fair and the stakes filly Pearls Or Passion, and six other winners at two and three. Overall there have been 11 runners (92%) 9 winners (82% w/r) of 15 races and 3 (25%) black type horses.
