TRAIS FLUORS ALL SET FOR DUBAI
The Haras de Saint Pair’s Trais Fluors returned from a seven months break to finish second in a conditions race over 1600 on Chantilly’s all weather track on March 6th. The four year old son of Dansili had been off the track since finishing fourth in the Group 1 Prix Jacques Le Marois last August. Held up behind in a slowly run race Trais Fluors was third of the four runners at the top of the home straight. The final 600 metres were run in the exceptionally fast time of 33.66 seconds and Trais Fluors only really found his action in the final 200 metres and couldn’t quite catch the filly Hunaina finishing second beaten 3/4 length with the Group 1 winner Robin of Navan 3/4 length behind in third place.
Trais Fluors, a Group winner and Group 1 placed at three, was giving 4 1/2 kilos to the winner and showed that he has retained his acceleration and ability with the satisfactory comeback race. The Andre Fabre trained cot wil make his next start in the 1800 metre Group 1 Dubai Turf to be run at Meydan on March 31st.
Trais Fluors is the first foal of the Group winning Manduro mare Trois Lunes. She has a yearling colt by Kendargent and visits Kodiac in 2018.
